Ameritas (Fallbrook)

The addition of the Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. to the Fallbrook area is another step towards the goal of providing a "city within a city" for this up-and-coming neighborhood. This new 75,000 SF geothermal facility reflects the unique exterior and interior materials that can be found throughout the nearby residences and is a nice compliment to the Fallbrook Business Park.

In May 2003, Sampson completed a 75,000 SF new multi-story corporate office for Ameritas Life Insurance Corp, located in northwest Lincoln at Fallbrook Business Park. The building material is primarily structural steel with brick and glass as the exterior material. The interior has open offices, raised flooring, cafeteria, and exercise room.
