The Applebee’s Neighborhood Bar and Grill is located in the heart of Lincoln. The exterior includes brick, EIFS façade, and a standing seam room which blend well with the surrounding retail and entertainment facilities. This restaurant was pre-packaged by Applebee’s in accordance with the branding. The Owner’s approach and Sampson Construction’s communication and ability to self-perform the carpentry scopes of the project, allowed our firm to complete the project 30 days earlier than the original completion date.
