The new Assurity headquarters resides on a 12-acre site near downtown Lincoln. The campus consists of a five story, 175,000 SF office space with a multi-level parking garage. This project features many “green” features such as storm water management processes, native grasses on the roof, utilization of natural sunlight, and within close proximity to the Antelope Valley trail for bicyclists. The interior space has many bright colors, flexible floor plans, ergonomic work spaces, cafeteria, and areas for casual meetings and eating areas. This project will pursue LEED Gold certification.
