Built in 1970, the Brown County Hospital serves the north central region of the beautiful sand hills. Sampson finished an addition and renovation to the original in 2008.
Brown County Hospital is a 25 bed critical access facility. In 2008, the 16,139 SF addition was completed, which included an entrance canopy, lobby, waiting, restrooms, admitting area, reception area, business office, medical records, speech therapy lab, physical therapy, occupational therapy, surgery center, central sterile services, general storage, emergency department, mechanical, and ambulance entrance canopy.
