BryanLGH Pine Lake Medical Plaza Oncology

In 2005, Sampson Construction completed an Oncology addition to the existing BryanLGH Pine Lake Medical Plaza. In addition to adding the oncology unit, there was minor demolition involved, and select renovations on the first floor of the existing building.
The oncology addition consisted of 9,360 SF, with the majority of the space for the two concrete vaults to house and shield linear accelerator equipment. The addition also had conference room, waiting area, control room, exam room, courtyard, and rooms for future use.
