Buckley AFB Personnel Center
The Air Reserve Personnel Center at Buckley Air Force Base (AFB) project was administered by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District and was completed in February 2011. The building is a two-story office administrative facility with mechanical units concealed in the attic space. The structure is steel frame with composite concrete slabs supported by perimeter grade beam and isolated spread footing foundations. The exterior is split-face block veneer, metal siding, and manufactured stone veneer with a standing seam metal roof. The site development includes over seven acres of grading, new utilities from the lot line, native grass, and planting beds.
