The completion of the new Perot Systems building (2009) represents one of the largest private LEED certified projects undertaken in Nebraska. This facility not only utilizes environmentally friendly features, it was constructed with a plug and play modular wiring throughout the building for state-of-the-art connectivity.
The Perot Systems project is comprised of 150,000 SF of office space and is LEED Certified SILVER. The office space is an open floor plan that includes raised access flooring with subfloor air delivery and plug and play modular wiring throughout the entire building. The building shell consists of locally produced precast concrete panels and a white thermoplastic single-ply roofing membrane. Other features include a fully integrated Building Management System, 2,400 SF data center, and an emergency diesel generator that serves a portion of the building.
