DuTeau Subaru

DuTeau Subaru is a premiere auto dealership in the area and includes service station accommodations throughout its locations. Therefore, this facility includes both retail and service areas, which include: a service bay, customer lounge, and ample parking space.
This new 9,000 SF vehicle retail building features a 4,800 SF service bay, customer drop-off bay with a customer lounge, a show room, multiple offices, and part storage areas. The building was constructed using block walls with a stone veneer and EIFS. Project scope included a full concrete parking lot with 120 stalls and the remaining lot space showcases vehicles.
