The Center offers 80,700 SF of space for shops, restaurants, and office suites in the Fallbrook neighborhood. It currently houses a restaurant, vision center, salon & spa, a photography studio, corporate offices, and Lincoln’s Concordia University campus. The entire development is designed to create a small-town feel with pedestrian paths, common areas, parks, and a “Main Street” style shopping, dining, and entertainment area. The Center is primarily pre-cast construction with masonry exteriors that encompass the building and polished concrete and tile on the interior. Aluminum-framed windows and thermo-heated slabs were some of the unique features of this project.
