Fallbrook YMCA & Phillip H. Schoo Middle School
The Fallbrook YMCA and Phillip H. Schoo Middle School was a partnership between Lincoln YMCA and Lincoln Public School. The entire project is 210,000 SF and encompasses 9.3 acres. The school includes forty classrooms, laboratory equipment, six science rooms, multiple computer labs, central library and full service kitchen and servery. The structure is composed of multiple systems. The school building is structural steel and metal deck, but also utilizes precast panels and hollow core. The YMCA structure is precast columns and beams in one area and 95’ glue lam beams above the natatorium and cardio area. The natatorium houses a full size lap pool, play pool, and a spa. There are three full size basketball courts in the gymnasium that are shared between the YMCA and school.
