This one-story office building includes a large conference room with video conferencing capability, six private offices, and several open office spaces. Access flooring was utilized throughout for future growth and flexibility. Bamboo wood millwork and doors added to the high level of finishes, with detailed bulkheads and lay-in ceilings. An employee lounge and patio are also included. The exterior was built with structural metal stud framed with pre-engineered wood trusses and shingles and copper gutters. Brick veneer and stone provide a durable exterior.
