The Aviation Support Facility ministers to the Wyoming Army National Guard Blackhawk Medevac Helicopter Unit at FE Warren Air Force Base. This helicopter unit is the most deployed in the region.  Some of the unique design aspects include 300,000 gallon water storage tanks, a heavy timber entry, explosion proof hazard and battery storage rooms, and a HEF (foam) fire suppression system.  The site work included a new 2 ½ mile access road and new utility infrastructure.
