The three story, 120,000 SF office building was completed in February, 2003 with Sampson Construction serving as the Construction Manager.  The building features an open floor plan which can be utilized by the building’s tenants to suit their office needs.  The exterior walls were architectural and structural pre-cast and metal studs with brick veneer. The roofing material consisted of EPDM. The flooring was a combination of tile, stone, brick, carpeting and VCT.  A few unique features of the building include: the close proximity to the capital building, underground parking, and a coffee shop on the main level of the building.
