Sampson Construction has completed two of Lazlos Brewery and Grills located in Fremont and Omaha, Nebraska and we have renovated two in Lincoln, Nebraska. Lazlos Brewery and Grill is an upscale microbrewery/restaurant that incorporates contrasting colors and finishes throughout the interior such as stained oak wainscoting, exposed steel trusses, brick veneer, and textured acrylic paint to name a few. Each site incorporated a geothermal well system. The buildings contain approximately 7,500 SF which allows 279 occupants at any one time. It is fully sprinkled and has a full kitchen and bar/dining area.
