The new LES Data Center, a 14,000 SF facility includes the construction of a 6,500 SF data center with 7,200 SF of core and shell space, including site work on a vacant site. The entire facility is designed to meet FEMA 361 guidelines which requires a building to be tornado and hurricane resistant, as well as offering community safe rooms in the event of a natural disaster. Precast construction was the main method of construction on this project.
