Lincoln Lancaster County Health Department was a multi-phase municipal project that enhanced administrative areas in the existing structure. The building remained occupied during construction, which contributed to the Owner's need for a multi-phased project.
The Lincoln Lancaster County Health Department project consisted of two major phases: the construction of a new addition and renovation of existing spaces. The renovation in the clinical and laboratory space remained occupied during construction which required numerous phases. The addition consisted of administrative and offices spaces. The building systems included cast-in-place concrete foundation walls, steel frame structure, ground loop geothermal mechanical system, and medical gas/vacuum for procedure areas.
