Mantor Hall

Mantor Hall is one of the larger residence halls on the University of Nebraska – Kearney's campus that features four-stories that are divided into 10 wings. A renovation was necessary, considering that this Hall is one of the largest and oldest residence halls on the campus.
The renovation project for Mantor Hall included upgrades to the restrooms, media centers, and lounge areas. Our team completed 71,000 SF of the hall which features: computer labs with high-speed internet; lounge areas; recreational areas; vending machines; and a kitchen. Private showers and upgrades to the aesthetics to the restrooms were also included in this renovation.
