Since 2005, our team has completed a multiple phase project for Seward Memorial Hospital facility. Phase 1 consisted of a new addition of 30,000 SF and 6,000 SF of renovation.  The addition includes expanded lab space, a new patient wing, doctor’s lounge, training rooms, enlarging radiology, and a new location and entrance for the Emergency Department. Virtually every area of the hospital was included in this multi-phase addition and remodel project.   In 2007, Phase 2 was completed. The project enlarged the hospital entrance and included remodeling the south patient wing to match the new patient wing completed earlier.  The controlling factor for phasing was the mechanical/electrical upgrade in the plenum of the corridor.  In 2010, Phase 3 was completed. This 10,000 SF renovation project consisted on a new surgery area, nurses’ station, and 5 new patient rooms.
