The second expansion to Memorial Stadium included the Tom and Nancy Osborne Athletic Complex project and the Howard and Rhonda Hawks Championship Center. The Osborne Athletic Complex added 6,000 seats to the North Stadium. The complex is a seven story structure that contains football locker rooms, training rooms, study areas, coaching offices, strength training, and also serves as the athletic medicine headquarters.

The Hawks Championship Center features a full length indoor/outdoor football and soccer field. It has a balcony area that seats 1,700 for clinics and events. This facility also includes a sand volleyball court, offices, locker rooms, and hitting/pitching cages for softball and baseball.
