The Scottsbluff Middle School project included demolition of the existing gymnasium, auditorium, and basement locker rooms wing (approximately 50,000 SF). The addition included a new gymnasium, locker rooms, 5,900 SF of mezzanine space for strength training, cafeteria, kitchen, and commons area with a stage. (approximately 50,000 SF). The renovation included all new mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, lighting, geothermal system, and new walls and finishes throughout the existing Middle School.
