This 125,000 SF precast parking garage is located between two existing buildings, which limited onsite staging and heightened the complexity of this project. The parking garage includes storage and bathrooms areas. Other scope items included: landscaping, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, metal fabrications, waterproofing, elastomeric membrane roofing, elevators, and mechanical.
