This project included the new construction of 12,000 SF for office space, approximately 20,000 SF for an isolated hazardous materials room, and the remaining 393,000 SF for a warehouse distribution area. The warehouse is equipped with 48 individual docks and precast wall panels were used to enclose the distribution facility. The exterior building construction included approximately 420,000 SF of asphalt paving and 100,000 SF of concrete paving.
