The new additions main floor area and the upper level mezzanine has a total gross building area of 29,700 SF. Construction on the main floor will include an industrial technology classroom, CAD classroom, gymnasium (seating capacity of approximately 600), two locker rooms, and restroom facilities. Construction of the upper mezzanine will include a wrestling room, storage facilities, and a mechanical room. The remodel in the existing building consisted of converting the existing training room into a P.E.The new addition's main floor area and the upper level mezzanine has a total gross building area of 29,700 SF. The remodel in the existing building consisted of converting the existing training room into a P.E. office, and also converting an existing storage space into a corridor to gain additional access to the new addition. Site work included site clearing and grading for the new construction, redeveloped parking lot and service road, relocation of the existing food service cooler and trash area, and a fenced area with a canopy system for outdoor shop functions and special deliveries. The project also included the addition of a geothermal well system.
