The first phase included new ceilings installations and plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, and electrical upgrades. Phase two included a 35,000 SF addition that was tied to the original building. The building addition included: new administrative offices and a new Main Entry to the West Holt Public Schools, as well as new elementary classrooms, library, and a gymnasium with locker rooms.
