Westridge Middle school is a block masonry building, with a brick veneer facade, and a joist and deck roof. The 140,000 SF new facility was constructed with rubber sheet flooring throughout the commons spaces and corridors. The flooring itself was chosen for its low-maintenance and high durability. A unique feature of the project is a fully seated auditorium, built on a radiused tiers for optimal viewing. The auditorium has a state of the art sound system, and full catwalk for audio and lighting and pulley system for the stage.
