The project consists of 30 living units, each 300 – 500 SF, a bath house, and cafeteria, as well as a 3,000 SF public and private dining area. The mechanical system for this facility is a geothermal heating and cooling system. The wood finishes and "log home" design set this project apart from others. The interior is finished with impressive Red Oak doors and trim, and designer glass.
