Our team celebrated a major milestone at Papillion La Vista Community Schools' Walnut Creek Elementary, the beam signing for the Addition & Renovation project!
Walnut Creek Elementary is the final project in Sampson’s portion of the 2023 bond package, continuing our strong partnership with PLCS. To date, we’ve completed four projects, with two more ongoing through summer 2026.
Walnut Creek features two additions, including a new kindergarten classroom and a full-service kitchen, all designed to better support students, staff, and the community. A key focus of the bond is enhancing safety and security, which includes relocating administrative offices to be adjacent to the main entrance.
With summer approaching, the team is preparing for the next phase of classroom finish updates as we keep the project on track for completion in August 2027.
We’re grateful to celebrate this milestone alongside PLCS and our project partners, and we look forward to seeing Walnut Creek continue to take shape!
