Meadow Community School PK-8

Meadow Community School is a newly constructed 71,000-square-foot K-8 facility, developed just 15 feet from the existing, operational school. The project is being executed in two distinct phases. Phase 1 focused on relocating students and staff into the new building. Phase 2, currently underway, involves the demolition of the old structure and the completion of final site amenities.

Funded through Colorado’s BEST Grant Initiative, the school’s design emphasizes safety and security across the site. It includes modern features such as a gymnasium, outdoor recreational spaces, and technologically advanced classrooms designed to support collaborative learning. The building is also highly energy-efficient, incorporating natural daylighting, high-performance HVAC systems, and optimized lighting solutions.
