This project features a new 23,000 SF, two-story expansion that integrates flawlessly with the existing northern bank structure. The development significantly upgrades the site’s footprint through increased parking and optimized vehicle circulation. Emphasis was placed on creating a versatile environment, blending enhanced outdoor spaces with generous community-centric and employee-focused work zones.

Scottsbluff serves as the headquarters for Platte Valley’s network of 22 bank locations, J.G. Elliott Insurance Center, Trust Services, Platte Valley Investment Center, and C.H. Brown Co. The expansion supports the company’s growth to over 400 associates and reinforces its commitment to serving communities across Nebraska, Wyoming, and Colorado.
