Bison Inc. Expansion

Our team completed the 85,000 SF Bison Manufacturing Facility Expansion Project. The project’s primary objective was to improve manufacturing capabilities by expanding upon their original building footprint. 

This expansion allows them to boost production capacity and create a contemporary and efficient workspace. The new space was thoughtfully designed to accommodate offices, breakrooms, and production areas, ensuring a comprehensive and practical workflow throughout the original and new facility spaces. In addition to the primary manufacturing space, the project encompasses the construction of 9,500 SF of mezzanine space.
