Lindsay Academy High School

Sampson completed a comprehensive, three-phase development project for Lindsay Area Development (LAD), a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening the Lindsay community, school, and parish. This transformative initiative provides families in Lindsay with a faith-based educational option and includes the construction of a high school, a wellness center, and an event center.

The first phase of the project delivered a newly built high school featuring modern educational facilities such as classrooms, administrative offices, a library, computer lab, cafeteria, kitchen, and collaborative workspaces. The second phase introduced a wellness center designed to promote health and well-being, complete with a competitive gymnasium, locker rooms, a walking track, and a fitness center. The final phase brought to life an event center that includes a multi-purpose space, stage, and concessions, offering a vibrant venue for community gatherings and events. LAD received a $5 million grant to support the wellness and event center phases, and Sampson worked closely with the organization to ensure all grant funding requirements were met while also assisting in fundraising efforts to complete the project’s budget.
