UNL Kimball Hall

Kimball Hall received a 30,000 SF renovation, upgrading the 850 seat venue. The project included a new facade with large glass windows, a doubled entrance lobby, and modernized interiors including new fixed seating, updated flooring, and advanced audio-visual capabilities. Accessibility was a key focus of the renovation, with new ramps, improved wheelchair access to seating and the orchestra pit, and an advanced hearing loop system. Further enhancements included redesigned green rooms, special acoustical treatments, and a lowered orchestra pit for improved sightlines.
