Willow Brook Assisted Living Expansion

As part of a nearly 2-decade partnership, our team has completed over $88 million worth of construction for York General Hospital. Projects have included work to the Hospital's patient wings, lab space, ER, pharmacy, OR and OB renovations. Our team is currently working on the Hospitals 65,602 SF Assisted Living Expansion.

The York General Willow Brook addition is a 39,000 SF expansion enhancing the continuum of care. The first phase features 22 independent living rooms convertible to assisted living. Residents will enjoy thoughtfully designed spaces, including community areas, a bistro, kitchen, fitness and game rooms, plus private outdoor spaces that promote a vibrant, connected lifestyle.
