It was a sunny morning for the beautiful groundbreaking ceremony of the Fallbrook Assisted Living and Memory Care’s new housing development. The 80,000 SF facility is located on five acres and will contain 71 units, 17 for memory care and 54 traditional units. A large dining area, private dining area, coffee shop, salon, billiard room, and other features will be included to provide the comforts of a home. The housing is projected to be completed by October of 2018.
