Martin Hall Ribbon Cutting

Last week, our team attended a ribbon cutting for the completion of the University of Nebraska-Kearney Martin Hall Renovation. The 42,000 SF renovation and phase one of the project that replaces and upgrades the UNK on-campus housing for fraternity and sorority members was celebrated with more than 200 attendees.

The addition of a new building and the renovation of an existing building, Martin Hall, will give students a total of 245 beds when all phases of the project are complete at the end of 2023. The renovation of Martin Hall includes 80 beds and 42,500 SF and the new addition will allow for 165 beds and a total of 41,200 SF. There are assigned housing pods and flexible housing units designed and constructed to meet UNK’s future needs.
