We joined the Town of Johnstown, CO to celebrate the groundbreaking of the new Devleopment Services Building! The 9,000 SF government office will house the Town of Johnstown's Engineering, Planning and Development, and Building Departments. This project includes full-site development on a 1.75-acre lot, with associated improvements such as parking, landscaping, earthwork, storm drainage, and utility installation.
