The Good Samaritan campus is comprised of six buildings that exceed 100,000 SF, include walkways and associated site development.  Each facility serves its own purpose, resulting in the scope and specs being very different. One element that each facility has in common is exterior wood frame structures, color loc siding, asphalt shingles, manufactured stones, carpet, ceramic tiles and vinyl finishes.

A key challenge of this project was the aggressive 14 month schedule and coordination of the 6 new buildings.  The facilities on this campus include:

  • Therapy center (2,600 SF)
  • Two 14-unit Skilled Care facilities (approximately 8,300 SF each)
  • 22-unit Assisted Living facility (approximately 19,400 SF)
  • 37-unit two story Independent Living facility with elevator (approximately 47,200 SF)
  • Community Center (approximately 14,200 SF)

Other unique elements include geothermal well systems that can be found in five of the six buildings as well as kitchen and dining areas located in the community center and independent living buildings.
