Plaza on the Green

The new Runza Headquarters (Plaza on the Green), is a four-story, 50,000 SF space, consisting of a lower commons area with a large conference room, restrooms and corridors. A lower level parking garage with 16 stalls was also part of the project. Runza will occupy 15,000 SF of the top floor with plans to lease out the rest of the space. 

 Located in Lincoln, Nebraska, the main level of the building holds a common area including an elevator, lobby and stairs. The upper level, Runza's space, has an entrance lobby, conference rooms, open concept office space with several small meeting/collaboration rooms, main restrooms and secondary restrooms with showers as well as storage rooms. Grand open stairs lead up to a penthouse conference room and rooftop patio. The lower, main and upper level all have access to a patio or balcony overlooking the golf course.
