Union Bank & Trust (Pine Lake)

Overall, this project consisted of converting an existing two-story, 50,000 SF building into office spaces, conference rooms, additional restrooms, a cafeteria and fitness area.

The existing building was originally designed to house up to 22 separate tenants. Our team converted the building into one occupant throughout the entire space. Project aspects include completely replacing the electrical switchgear, relocating electrical panels, changing utility service connections and revising the HVAC controls. 

The finished space utilizes the open office concept throughout, while individual offices feature a full glass wall and door to provide that open feeling.
