Project Oscar and Olsson Tenant Space

The 80,000 SF office building located in Lincoln’s West Haymarket District features an open four-story courtyard and an exterior terrace for lunches and entertaining on the third level. The 65-foot tall building has a multitude of windows allowing for natural light into office spaces. Pillars support one side of the building, opening to a shaded outdoor courtyard.

A focal point of the main lobby entrance is a staircase with glass railing. The first floor is slated for retail and a future restaurant and bank. A covered “link” connects to a parking garage at the second level. Local engineering design firm, Olsson Associates occupies the second and third floors of the building with offices, conference rooms, open collaboration spaces and a kitchen. The fourth floor consists of additional office space. A glass technique called “fritting” was applied to the third level of glass to help with the sun’s rays while creating a muted effect. The building exterior features brick and Taktl, a next-generation ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC), which has superior strength and durability.
