Scoular Office Building

An existing office complex near West Omaha needed renovations and upgrades to serve as the new corporate headquarters for the Scoular Company. The building selected is a three-story standalone building with attached single-story garage. Sampson performed a 42,800 SF renovation that included façade improvements and thorough interior refurbishment.

Besides an exterior upgrade, the building received extensive interior work to create enclosed private offices, cubicle-style working space, conference and collaboration rooms, and spaces for training. Electrical and data cabling was replaced with updated infrastructure to handle the needs of a global corporation. Plumbing, mechanical, and ventilation were all brought up to date, and the carpets, hardwood floors, and ceilings replaced, to turn the existing office building into a new and revitalized corporate headquarters.
