Crete Carrier Headquarters

This building will be used for storage related to the maintenance and repair of semi-trucks and trailers for Crete Carrier. This Chief building was part of a broader project, consisting of a lobby addition to their shop, office renovations and paving a large adjacent lot. The project includes 8 skylights to reduce the usage of interior lighting. It also includes an exterior wainscot of split face CMU around the entire building, Pioneer Red fascia accent color and a mezzanine structure at one-third of the building for additional storage capacity. A dog kennel room was added to the corner of the building, accessible from the exterior for truckers’ pets when they are on-site.

On all projects Sampson put together an outstanding construction management team that completed the project on a timely basis within a budget. Sampson's team was a strong advocate for the owner... they worked closely with the architect and offered suggestions that improved functionality of design and lowered cost. They selected qualified subcontractors and held them accountable for the schedule, costs, and quality of work... they communicate extremely well.
