Echo Park Apartments

Completed in July 2022, Echo Park Apartments is a four-building apartment complex, each of which has three stories with several floor plans, and a total of 210 units. Many modern amenities are offered including a pool, fitness center, clubhouse, pet grooming station and crafting room that all fits within the 218,000 SF complex and a 31,500 SF underground parking garage. The apartments are the second stage of a previous project for a two-story assisted living facility and memory care unit, which consists of 90,900 SF in the Echo Park area of LaVista, Nebraska.
