KRMC Inpatient Wing

Sampson has proudly partnered with KRMC on over 10 successful projects since 2018, including the dermatology division clinic, telemetry upgrades, podiatry clinic remodel, neurology clinic renovation, and the Southwest 2nd floor remodel, among others.

Currently, our team is constructing KRMC’s new 36,000-square-foot Inpatient Wing Expansion, which will seamlessly connect to the existing facility. This expansion will feature 25 new patient rooms, infusion therapy areas, inpatient rehabilitation space, a dedicated case management zone, and conference rooms. It also includes shell space for a future ICU, ensuring adaptability for future healthcare needs.

A new private corridor will be introduced, allowing patients undergoing treatment to move through a non-public route, enhancing both privacy and safety. With the existing building frequently operating at full capacity and on diversion, this addition is critical to supporting KRMC’s continued growth. It will enable more providers to practice, offer additional recovery spaces, and help maintain a balanced patient load.
