Brookside Apartments

Fallbrook multi-housing development exemplifies the focus on building a community and is only one component of a larger scheme. The Fallbrook neighborhood brings a mix of residential and commercial buildings to one area through restaurants, shops, offices, schools and recreation.

The development is built on 11 acres, consists of 10 buildings and a community building featuring an outdoor pool. 201 apartment units of studio, one or two bedrooms are divided among seven 27-plex buildings with 3 levels and three 4-plex buildings with two levels. Fourteen of the units have attached garages and fourteen are lofted corner units.

Features include 9’ ceilings, individual heat pumps, luxury vinyl tile and covered lighting in the kitchens, ceramic tile in the bathrooms, wood trim, LED lighting, quartz countertops and large windows with transoms and brushed nickel finishes. Building materials included premanufactured wall panels with an exterior comprised of brick and painted cement board siding.
