Square at 48

The five-story “Square at 48th” development was constructed in the University Place neighborhood in Lincoln, situated between the Nebraska Wesleyan University Campus and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln East Campus. The building includes retail space on the first floor and four floors of apartments. 

The first floor retail space contains approximately 20,000 SF of leasable space. Also included on the first floor is a leasing office, bike storage room and fully-equipped fitness room for use by the apartment tenants. The exterior is a combination of brick veneer and glazing system on the first floor and fiber cement siding and vinyl windows on the remaining floors. The four floors of living space contain 98 apartments along with a community room and deck on the 5th floor. The apartments range in size from 613 SF to 1,167 SF with the option of three different layouts: studio, one and two bedroom units. The apartments are fully-furnished, and 44 of the apartments include a prefabricated aluminum balcony. Tenants also have access to 22 garages on the east side of the property.
