Scheels (The Colony, Texas)

Sampson Construction is proud to have an ongoing partnership with Scheels. Dallas, Texas will soon house the world's largest All Sports Store of 300,000 SF.  Scheels (The Colony, Texas) will offer nearly 85 specialty shops, providing a retail adventure for sports and outdoor enthusiasts all the way to those seeking fashion and footwear. Customers will find hunting, biking, fishing, camping and sporting equipment as well as a vast array of clothing. Other features of the project include a 16,000 gallon aquarium, a full-sized operational ferris wheel, a wildlife mountain, restaurant and a variety of photo opportunities throughout the store. This sporting goods store and entertainment destination is anticipated to be completed in 2020.
