DuTeau Subaru

The Duteau Subaru addition and expansion consisted of three separate additions to Duteau Subaru’s existing facility. A “Detail/Quick Lube” Bay was added, which is a dedicated bay for oil changes as well as a new space for handwashing cars. The Service Bay addition allowed the addition of one extra lift as well as a Subaru dedicated alignment system. The car wash addition was completed entirely of insulated precast concrete and the dealership installed an automated car wash system to save time washing customer cars after service is complete. The existing dealership was occupied and operational throughout the entire construction phase, and the project was completed with very minimal disturbance to the employees and customers onsite.
