Lincoln Airport Authority Rail Center

The Lincoln Airport Authority Rail Center project was completed in two segments. The initial 125,000 SF rail accessible warehouse/manufacturing shell space was constructed in 15 months. This project was built parallel to rail tracks and features rail car docks to allow for accessiblity. Two years after the first phase of construction was completed, the 58,000 SF office was built.

The warehouse accommodates manufacturing operations with an open area built-out for manufacturing production and a smaller space designed for office area. The building also contains a 3,500 SF building that is affixed to the main building for product testing. Wall construction is comprised of precast wall panels while the exterior construction of the building included approximately 170,000 SF of heavy duty concrete paving.
