Platte Valley Bank, Administration Building

Platte Valley Companies is constructing a new two-story, 23,000-square-foot corporate building on their Scottsbluff Campus, located east of the current Operations Center. The facility will house several corporate functions and may include a skywalk connecting it to the existing bank building to the north, along with updated parking and exterior spaces. 

Scottsbluff serves as the headquarters for Platte Valley’s network of 22 bank locations, J.G. Elliott Insurance Center, Trust Services, Platte Valley Investment Center, and C.H. Brown Co. The expansion supports the company’s growth to over 400 associates and reinforces its commitment to serving communities across Nebraska, Wyoming, and Colorado.
